they are willing and do not resist.
The depth
of
hypnosis varies with a person's

can improve your receptivity to hypnosis with practice.
If you are
totally resistant to the intent of the

How should
I
use this program for maximum
effectiveness?
A
comfortable
chair is the best place to listen,
although a couch will also work. If you are listening to these in bed,
