Controlling
your
weight
is
really about controlling your eating habits or behaviour.
Controlling
your eating means you eat when
hungry and stopping when no longer hungry. Once
you have this

your mind. Even though eating is a
physical process, your mind control your eating habits and behaviours.

controls it by your thoughts and your emotions. So to get weight

Control Program
The
aim of
the program is to help you with learning getting tools and
techniques that you can use to
get your eating under control.
Using hypnotic
and non hypnotic techniques you are taught how to control your eating
first so you are able to lose weight and keep it off.
It
helps you get
your eating under
control at a
mental, emotional and energetic level so that you eat when you
are
hungry, stop when full and eat what your body tells
you. There are no
diets and you are not told
what to eat or not eat specifically.
You
lose
the weight as your mind gets control of your eating and body allows the
weight to go. Then you are able to
sustain your weight easily.
People
ask
me how successful is this program? The answer to that is
dependent on each client. Because
what do you mean by successful? Is it that
you get to
your ideal weight? I can assist in that
but you have the control
and it can take a long time to get there depending on what you want to
lose. If it is getting your
eating under
control so you stop binging, then it is very successful, because that
is what
the program mainly focuses on.
The time it will take you to lose the excess
weight depends on many factors.
This program empowers you on your journey to your goal weight.
Besides
attending sessions, you receive two CD’s containing hypnotic
and non hypnotic
tracks, a workbook, worksheet and other information. These
are used in
the sessions and afterwards to help you with controlling your eating
and weight.
Cost
of the program
There are
several options available:
- If you want to
really understand about your mind, its thoughts, and how about emotions
so you
can not only control your weight now but for the rest of your life,
then there
are three sessions: two of 90 minutes and one of 60 minutes over 5 or 7
weeks. The 90 minutes are $180
and the 60 minutes is $130.So the total cost is
$490, payable at eat session. You get the full No Diet Hypnotic
Program, get your eating under control and learn how to understand what
your body is
telling you.
- If you know just
want me to help you to get your eating under control and lose weight
using
hypnotherapy, without gaining an understanding what your body is
telling you, then it is three sessions of 60 minutes, ($130 each) over
7 weeks. You
gain control of your eating and begin your journey of losing weight to
achieve your
ideal weight. The cost of this option
is $390, payable at each session.
- If money is a concern and you want to make it
cheaper, then
by paying up front on the
first session, you get all three sessions and the complete No Diet
hypnotic
weight program for only $295. A saving of $95.
- If you want ongoing
support, then you can have a monthly session of 30 minutes to help you
deal with any issues that arise and stay on track. The cost of
these is $65.
- A Group
program, wherer there is either 6 weekly sessions of 1 hour or two
sessions of
3 hours in small groups. You only discuss what you feel you
want to. Having it as a group session makes it possible to share
information and it is
much
cheaper. The total cost for the group workshop is $195. The
dates for the next group program being held in
Bundoora (not at one of my clinics) are: Sat 19 March and 2 April from
10am to 1pm.
